Italian Bruschetta
Simple, elegant and so flavorful, this Italian appetizer is
ready to serve in about 10 minutes! Served with tea/coffee, soft drink or hard drinks and before Main Course.

Ingredients Needed:
1) 1 French Bread
2) 3 Roma Tomatoes (Big Size)
3) Onion - 1/4 Medium Size
4) Finely Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves -1/2 Cup
5) Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro/Coriander - 1/2 Cup
6) Salt - 1/2 Tbl Spoon
7) Olive Oil - 2 Tbl Spoon
8) Crushed Oregano Leaves (Dry) - 1 Tbl Spoon
9) Crushed Black Pepper- 1 Tbl Spoon
10) Crushed Red Peppers (only if u like spicy food) - 1/2 Tbl Spoon
Procedure:
Toppings: Cut the Tomatoes into 2 halves and remove the seeds from them by using a spoon. After removing the seeds cut the tomatoes into small and fine pieces. Now take the onion and finely chop them with the knife into small pieces(A little bit of onion is added to the topping to give the appetizer a crispy taste ). Put the tomatoes and the onions in the bowl, and add the Finely Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves and Cilantro,Salt, Olive Oil, Crushed Oregano Leaves, Crushed Black Pepper, Crushed Red Peppers (Only if u like Spicy Food you can add crushed red peppers otherwise u can just skip it). Now mix all these together and keep them aside for 5 mins.
Bread: Take the Bread and cut out 10 loafs out of it. Put it in the Electric Toaster and toast them until they become a little bit Crisp. Now take it out from the toaster and put them in a platter (If you are a butter lover you can also brush up the bread loafs with a little bit of butter before putting the toppings over it). Put the toppings over the bread loafs as shown in the picture.
Your Bruschetta is ready to eat.
Garnishing:
Once it is all
set,put them on a serving platter, garnish it with some fresh cilantro/coriander.
